(This will be the first of many journal entries made by my SY char. Julius Anders. Its in the 1st person, as if he were writing it)
Date: 03/27/XX

Entry: It has been about two, two and a half weeks since I got to this place called the Ship Yard. Since arriving here, I have had limited time to even relax and rest ---everything moves so fast here---, nobody has time to talk, everyone is in a hurry, its madness. Then again, its madness that I have not had the time to sit down and write in my journal for so long.

This is my first official update since last year ... it's been an insane schedule as I've had to finish and push two brand new RP sims late last year. The Shipyard means a lot to me, and I did not want to rush anything on it. And so, now with some free time on my hands, I'll be returning to this project to finish the build and get things rolling.

In the distant future, Earth emerges from near annihilation. As the chill of nuclear winter blankets the planet, humanity strives to survive and the launch of a new beginning takes place.

The first human vessel breaks the light barrier and becomes the catalyst to an even greater realization.

Mankind isn't alone.

As peace reigns over the planet, eyes now turn toward the final frontier. The spirit of exploration is rekindled. Innate curiosities and the thirst for knowledge beyond familiar stars usher in a new era for Earth.

New worlds meant new allies – new enemies.
