Joe exits the small home of his cousin's place, with a yawn and stretch he starts walking down the street, constantly looking around at the massive port city of San Francisco. He heads down into downtown, headphones over one ear with the other listening at the massive environment around him. As he walks, he hears the faint sound of music, but not his own. He moves his headphones to around his neck and lowers the volume on his MP3 player, searching for the music. He continues walking down the street, the sound of music getting louder, and finally reaching a building with the sign "Radar Records" above the door. He notices a "Help Wanted" sign on the window and walks in, casually, and looks around slowly, finally fixating his eyes on the clerk at the front desk. He walks up and asks "Hey, my name is Joe Lee, I was wondering if I could apply here." The clerk points to the kiosk next to the front desk and tells him to fill out the application. He does so and then says "Thanks!" and walks out of the building, looking both directions before putting his headphones back on and walking back uptown to his family's place.
